Our time is very valuable. To ensure that we can provide all of our clients with excellent service, we ask that you be on time to all of your appointments. Please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to ensure you receive your full appointment time.
In the event that you should be tardy, we ask that you be considerate and call to inform us of your situation so we may take necessary action or make special arrangements. If you are to be more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered late. please give us a call at 941-841-9909, as your appointment may have to be rescheduled due to a conflict with the next scheduled appointment. If an appointment slot is available a $15 late fee may be charged to book this slot. For unavailable slots, clients will be required to reschedule and pay a rescheduling fee.
There are no refunds or exchanges on any products or services. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We reserve the right to offer and recommend alternative treatments if the ones requested are not available. Pricing Disclaimer: All prices may be changed any time without notice. We reserve the right to change our products and service's prices at our discretion.
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancelling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in your deposit (which is paid for in advance) being forfeited and will need to be resubmitted to rebook. This includes any Groupon Vouchers. If you chose to cancel your appointment within the requested time of 24 hours, then you may reschedule this appointment for another day, or use your balance for another service (if one is available). To avoid losing your (deposit), appointments must be rescheduled and completed within 30 days from your original appointment. Appointments may only be rescheduled twice. Anytime after this, you will loose your session and have to pay a rescheduling fee, which is the fee for that session.
All packages (which are paid for in advance) must be completed within 60 days of your first session (unless otherwise agreed upon by clinical staff). If not completed, remaining appointments will be cancelled and you will be charged for these sessions. Any remaining deposits will be forfeited. No REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
In the case of a no call/no show, including Groupon Vouchers (for a single session), you will be charged your full session. If multiple sessions are paid in full & you are a no call/no show at one of the scheduled appointments, that session will count as a used sessions. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!!! If you are paid in full & you are a no call/no show to multiple scheduled appointment, those multiple sessions will be charged. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN!!
Please use a valid phone number and email address when booking with us. This will assure you are receiving proper notification about appointments and our special promotions. By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to that, you understand ALL of our terms and policies.
Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments, which result in a cancellation fee. Full balance must be paid on the day of your first service (unless otherwise agreed on). We do not offer payment plans.

The satisfaction of our clients is our main priority. We offer prompt solutions to any problems or concerns that may occur. All clients will receive a copy of our cancellation policy during their first visit.
