Our time is very valuable, and to ensure we provide excellent service to all clients, we ask that you arrive on time for all appointments. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure you receive your full appointment time.
If you will be late, please call us at 941-841-9909 so we may make appropriate arrangements. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be considered late and could result in rescheduling. If an appointment slot is available, a $35 late fee may be required to hold the new time. If no availability exists, you will be required to reschedule and pay a rescheduling fee.
Cancellations, Deposits & Payments
A $35 booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your service. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received. Deposits are non-refundable and must be used within 24 hours notice if rescheduling. One courtesy reschedule is allowed, including Groupon vouchers. Appointments must be completed within 14 days of the original booking or the deposit will be forfeited.

Anytime after this, you will loose your session and have to pay a rescheduling fee.
Packages
All packages must be completed within 60 days of the first session unless otherwise approved by clinical staff. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued and discounts will no longer apply.
No-Shows
No-call/no-show appointments will result in the full session being charged or deducted from your package. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!!!
General Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to recommend alternative treatments if requested services are unavailable.
Please ensure a valid phone number and email are provided for appointment reminders and promotions. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment time. Full balance is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed. We do not offer payment plans.

The satisfaction of our clients is our main priority. We offer prompt solutions to any problems or concerns that may occur. All clients will receive a copy of our cancellation policy during their first visit.
